We hosted a function and booked rooms and banquet. We had amazing experience at Regenta Fairlark. Staff at the hotel are really courteous and hospitable. They helped made our function memorable. Guests really njoyed the stay. Rooms - really spacious and comfortable. Food - Delicious, flavourful. Value for money - 10/10. Ambience - 10/10, they have one of the best banquet halls in Baroda. Services - polite and friendly staff.

One of the worst experience i have ever had at a fine dine restaurant. We went there to have a buffet dinner. Since they were preparing for buffet we waited at reception for more than half an hour. And when we finally went in there, they simply said it's whole booked for the function going on in their hall. I mean seriously, not even a single table is reserved for their restaurant visitors? There was no board or notice saying it was booked. And on top of that they simply said it's booked. No apology or nothing. Worst experience. I will avoid this for sure in future. They can have separate hall for their booked functions. Unacceptable and highly unethical.

Wonderful service, staff especially the front desk they were very helpful and polite. Special mention to the chef who prepared my son's birthday cake. The pick drop service drivers were very nice and courteous. Had a wonderful stay.

This hotel is really stunning interns of taking care their clients always. We have came to reception for enquiry of rooms. Mr. Dubey has put his feet forward and provided us all information. Overall superb maintained lobby and cleaning part too.

Had my daughter's birthday party. all arrangements were very good, and execution of the party at such a short notice was commendable. Excellent Food, top class service coupled with best ambience. 10 out of 10 for the experience

Worst management. These people turned my wedding into a disaster. They charged us for food tasting despite taking the payment well in advance, didn't serve decided dishes at wedding, didn't provide music and locked the washrooms near the banquet stating some fault despite being fully functional when opened. The elderly suffered a lot due to this. They took payment well in advance and didn't provide the room as decided. Being a bride i was given room that i already paid for after the wedding started which was just a waste. Sofas were being arranged after the wedding started and the attitude of staff was not at all supportive. The incharge Keval and Shruti were rude and did not take any responsibility. The most important day of my life turned into a chaos and disaster because of these people. Would never suggest this place to anyone. Even a normal hotel would provide services better than these people and be responsible.

Very disappointed with the lamest policy i have ever seen with the any kinda of hotel bookings. I mistakenly booked the room with the default dates given there, immediately i tried to change the date within 5 mins of booking. No response was given from the property wherein the Booking partner Agoda was ready make the changes in dates with the new availability. Zero cooperation from manager, ground staff and they are just bluffing around that we will get back to u this and that. The spend was more than 3k and it all waste in vain. Worst experience and worst policies. stop scamming people.
